These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk670 ("pk670", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk670 website located at https://pk670.vip, including all associated games, services, mobile-optimised pages, and any other features offered under the pk670 brand.

By clicking "I Agree", completing account registration, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any feature of the pk670 platform, you confirm that:

pk670 employees, directors, officers, contractors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any pk670 game or promotion. Violation of this rule results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

To access real-money games and sports betting markets on pk670, you must register a player account. The following rules apply unconditionally to all account registrations:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on pk670. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances across them.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
• Account currency: All pk670 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No account currency conversion is applied at the point of deposit or withdrawal.

pk670 reserves the right to refuse any account registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued platform access.

All financial transactions on pk670 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk670 accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet)
• HBL bank transfer
• UBL bank transfer
• Meezan Bank transfer
• Major debit and credit cards (where available)

The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits are subject to change.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect players.

pk670 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside the individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings can be requested. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly at the time the offer is presented. Wagering requirements on pk670 bonuses are stated in plain PKR amounts — not obscured in fine print.

All bonus terms are written in plain English and reviewed regularly for clarity. pk670 does not use deliberately complex wagering terms to prevent legitimate player withdrawals.

All casino games available on pk670 — including but not limited to Teen Patti, Playtech Live table games, slots, and virtual card games — are governed by the following fair play standards:

• Certified RNG: All non-live games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently certified by an accredited third-party testing laboratory. This ensures that game outcomes are statistically random, unmanipulated, and consistent with published return-to-player (RTP) percentages.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk670 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one player account on pk670;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with pk670 games or the sports betting platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player format;
• Attempting to launder money or use pk670 for any other financial crime;
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk670 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with pk670 platform code;
• Sharing login credentials with a third party or allowing a third party to operate your account.

pk670 actively monitors all accounts for prohibited conduct using automated detection systems and manual review. Detection of prohibited conduct is not dependent on the player being caught in the act — retrospective analysis of historical account activity may also result in enforcement action.

pk670 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider;
• Detection of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Court order, regulator direction, or law enforcement request;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to player breach, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are verifiably the player's own funds will be returned via the original payment method, less any applicable deductions for transaction costs, in circumstances where forfeiture is not warranted.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting pk670 support via live chat or email. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is formally closed.

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any pk670 content;

Any unauthorised use of pk670 intellectual property may result in account closure and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk670 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your gambling activity on pk670, whether arising from skill, chance, or technical factors;
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the platform;
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events;
• Any action taken by a third party, including but not limited to payment processors, game providers, and telecommunications networks.

Where pk670 is found liable under applicable law, its total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

pk670 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the pk670 Privacy Policy.
